EastEnders draws you in. This is one of many, many, touching scenes from this terrific program. Another tear jerker was Ethel May Skinner's death. These British shows have SO much depth. A very sad moment, though I appreciate how the lead up is genuinely soft and heartwarming rather than the usual horrific gut punch. Nana Moon gently passed away having yet another fun quirky moment with her grandson to end what she considered one of the best days of her life. It's so rare, even in fiction, that you get to spend your final moments with someone expressing your love for them and how much you enjoy being with them (I did not get such with either of my Nana's, which I deeply regret given how much love they shown me in life). Alfie sadly didn't get 'a bit longer', but he made the final moments count for her.
