Dude you could walk to Soi 11 from there for free. I was just there last month and took a tuk tuk back to Soi 15 for 200 baht from a young fella. I guess it's just luck of the draw.

Your first time in Thailand ? 200 to soi 11 and that's suppose to be a good price, Tuk Tuks are a rip off and some fall for it.
