I make this about every week! Just received smoke pigs tails from Italy from my Nigerian BestO🇳🇬! Added authentic Polish 🇵🇱 smoked sauces imported by my local market. Smoked local salmon fins instead of the herring just because I can only find them here and the flavor is exquisite👌🏾😘. Palm oil straight from The Gambia 🇬🇲 And two dry coconuts that I rendered my oil from. I made this today for my hubby and he loved it! Last time I made bean stew he said it was good but missing something. So I came here right away! I changed it by using canned beans and mackeral in tomato sauce. I also use chuck roast cut into small pieces. So yummy! Adding the carrots to the veggie blend was genius :)

I made this recipe today for New Years. It was delicious! I didn't use sausage though a pre cooked a few smoked neck bones, it went so well with the beef and the smoked herring.
