Nanak naam is my staple diet . In my most happy moments I listen to Nanak Naam and in my lows I listen to Nanak Naam. It helped me to get out from my anxiety i had for 9 years and dark depression from last 3 years . 🙏

In Indian tradition generally, birth deformities are considered a result of past incarnations' bad karma. But the bad karma can be erased through naam simran. You're simply no abomination, not at all. Best of luck for your journey! :)

The only one comment I have on your logic for hair growth is why do we then not let our nails grow as well, just because they interfere with our daily routines. So, people including myself will say I cut my hair because hair interferes with the look I want on myself. Yes it is for every human being. I am not Sikh I had Sikh friends they were always good. But they did not understood it. I always wanted to learn about Nanak Sahab teaching but they couldn’t explain what it is. First I must thank you that you showed me the way to cave and the obstacle is me. And the treasure is inside me. Second you did in English. So people of any religion can find their happiness inside them. Million thanks 🙏

Plz cut an elaborate video citing example to deal with depression. After loosing my only son Ranjeet Singh Ginni....i feel so low n totally wrecked. Though I still believe....Jis ki bastu tis aage raakhe Prabh ki aagya maane maathe. I m a sehjdhari Sikh since my birth n believe in Shri guru granth sahib ji...n bcz of his hand on my head i m trying to come out this tragedy...As Guru Tegh Bahadurji's baani in slok mahalla 9....jlJo upjyo so binas hai paro aaj ke kaal ...Nanak har gun gaye lei chhad Sagal janjaal. 🙏
