It is. One of the other vendors was also selling the 'silver spoon' from a Captain's Quarters 'Fundae' from the same game. There's a bunch of old Easter eggs in this game that reference older ND games.

Prudence sounds a little weird in this game...out-of-universe, I'm guessing a new voice actor. In-universe...maybe something's screwy with the phone?
