I've never been in a haunted house, but after our family's dog died, my mom and had two separate ghostly occurrences; my mom and I heard the dog snoring in the hall where his bed used to be, and it only happened when she and I were in the house alone on two separate nights. We only told each other days after and we were surprised at how similar our experiences were.
