Devouring all I can find on Agnes Martin, the expression of Nancy Princenthal here fulfills my interest in an authentic voice very pleasant to listen to. This is as vital to pleasurable viewing as the content. And, it is always a thrill to find another apassionada for AM. The depth of this soul is beyond understanding, yet we feel it. I trust all Agnes painted and spoke because she does not smile. Thank you, Ms Princenthal.

Have yet to read Nancy’s book but was first introduced to AM through Henri Martin’s book Agnes Martin Pioneer Painter Icon - Schaffner Press 2018. Beautiful insightful biography.
