Did your workouts all through my pregnancy and loved them. Now I just did this one with my 9 month old daughter and she LOVED it too!

I’m three months postpartum and I loveee this workout!! Definitely got my heart rate up and broke a sweat. Baby Luna loved it as well! So happy I found this side of KZbin during these times!

Vanessa! This makes me so happy! I was hoping to inspire other moms to take time to work on themselves even if the lil munchkin is there with you!!! You can continue to grow and develop yourself and be a super mom all together!! Thanks for joining us! 5.5 months is such a fun age! Love every second!

Love your workouts so far! Request. Maybe after you do baby workouts, we could do Ball workouts. Just and idea.

Cody! This just made my day:) I teach Pilates & love using the ball for core, inner thigh, and pelvic floor work! It is on my list of workouts to do! Thanks for the request:)

Your welcome, Nancy! Here's some advice. Do a cardio ball interval workout first before the pilates stuff. Be warned! Most of the cardio moves include standing ball bounces to add variety. Would love to see a bunch of ball workouts on your channel like the baby workouts. You could do some fun cardio ball workouts, then pilates, and just do that pattern stile. Here are some workout suggestions cardio wise. You could do a cardio ball bounce interval blast where most if not all of the moves include standing ball bounces, then for future cardio ball workouts you can go on some sort of adventure like one where you are at the zoo and you act like zoo anamals. Another cardio workout idea is cardio ball playtime, where you do cardio moves while you play with the ball. Can't wait to see what you post!

You rock Ashley!!! Great question, and the answer is a huge YES! We have boot campers from all fitness levels, weight loss needs, and more. The community is one that I haven't seen anywhere else in the health and wellness field. Such an accepting and positive group! A huge part of the hub is overcoming your negative voice and changing your thoughts so that you look at your workouts as an opportunity and your food as a way to fuel your body! I absolutely love it, and would be happy to answer any other questions you have. So happy I "convinced" you to join the VIPKID train! I hope that you love it!!
