3 sprigs of kale 1 cup of water
1/4 TBLSP of oregano
50g butter
2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
1/4 cup of plain flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup of cream
1 heaped cup of Colby Jack cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 TBLSP of grated Parmesan cheese
