Cheers Dino, I'm cold crashing them both now and they should be ready to sample in a couple of weeks. The first indications are the dunkel is very good and the Schwarzbier is awesome 🍻

Nightmare with that spunding valve by the sound of it. Good that the yeast survived though. I had something similar where I didn't put the valve on properly and the yeast almost conked out entirely, it was the Conan NEIPA strain. Got it going again and beer turned out ok in the end.

How have you found the lid? Any issues with sealing over the last year? I have just placed an order for one
