i am thinking of buying them . but i have a question ... do they work with 2.4 ghz wifi too? i only want to connect them to my iphone

They are Matter over Thread, so they won't run on 2.4GHz Wifi. You need a Thread Border Router that would connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi, and act as a bridge. That said, I believe the iPhone 15 has a Thread radio built in, but I'm not sure if it'll interface directly. If you're looking for smart lightbulbs that explicitly work on 2.4 GHz Wifi, I HIGHLY recommend the LIFX branded lights, but they're a bit pricier, but haven't yet adopted the Matter standard. For a less pricey option, Wiz operate on 2.4GHz and there's now Matter over Wi-Fi bulbs available.

That background is very intrusive with the constant moving text that jumps. Perhaps if it actually finished scrolling the hive mind logo it wouldn't be so annoying. It's just as big as your head. The bulb info is appreciated.😊

I noticed that only during the edit not the shoot. There's 2 scenes on the device and one of them jumps like this... I clearly chose the wrong one and need to clean up the animations on the device ASAP
