The clever part is that many of their jokes, although based on Italian idioms and traditions, are still understandable in other languages. They even have a song written entirely with fans during a live streaming ("la polenta taragnarock") 😁

Loved your reaction, I just discovered Nanowar just a couple short weeks ago I have searched out all their vids and this is my favorite tune. The beginning reminded me of the Aqua tune Barbie Girl for some reason. I must listen to this several times a day it haunts me I find myself humming it all the time. LOL IMO they are shear genius!

I started listening to these guys yesterday, this video was the first I saw, and have listened to nothing else but them since. Barbie MILF Princess of the Twilight had me laughing so much my stomach hurt (I used to be a bit of a Rhapsody nerd many years ago so hearing lines from their songs was so goddamn good). They seem to sometimes mix in recognisable parts from old pop songs in their tunes, Uranus had Bee Gees Staying Alive and Ironmonger had that famous saxophone line (forgotten the song name but when you hear it you'll know it). Hands down best comedy metal band I've ever heard.
