Looks like the runner is using two dice and adding them together to randomize their HQ accesses. That's not a good idea.

at this level players are shuffling their hands constantly anyway so you can't track what was a topdeck and what has been sitting in hand. I've always seen the die as quite redundant, unless your oponent is actively trying to feed you a card
