With crap luck, you stumble across Nanto Nurse, Shuu. Which would be... messy, to say the least. If going up shit creek, you get Nanto Nurse, Rei. Which would be a f** nightmare. Hokuto No Nurse Kenshiro... its best to not even go there.

Hokuto Shinken has all these beneficial applications, but Nanto Seiken is useful for performing surgery. I'd imagine Toki may be on good terms with a few of the Roku Seiken, and may have learnt some of their skills via Suieishin.

Nanto is pure DPS class Hokuto is Buff/Debuff Support class. Think about it, whenever Kenshiro punches enemy so hard that they die within a few seconds, he basically casts "10 second Doom" debuff. The difference is that this Support class is effective as main DPS.
