The problem has it in the triangle design and the mount of the link on the chassis. The mount of the link on the chassis must be closer to the wheel, before the swingarm anchor point. This is essential for the system to be a progressive curve. The problem of triangle design is on the angle at mounting the monoshock, should be much more closed, so you should get a longer shock absorber. Doing this should improve considerably. The way you arranged the damper creates Many variations in the geometries of the system, ideally the damper should a little movement as possible. The shock absorber mount on the wheel side should be lowered, closedto the swing arm since that high point making you work the shock absorber at higher speed, wich wey do not at the beginning of the travel. That is a falling rate suspension design. It's initial travel is too stiff and as it compresses it gains more leverage and the shock becomes too soft. You want the shock mounted lower on the swingarm to soften the initial travel.

Not sure which design program you use but in solidworks you can make the models interact to each other and see what the final assembly will do before you cut metal.

Have you read anything by Tony Foal? He's probably world authority on motorcycle chassis design? There was a motorcycle chassis design course at an Italian University in early 2000's but I haven't checked since around 2011. For a long time, Kawasaki had a 'falling rate' rear suspension instead of a rising rate used by all other manufacturers. KX500 would often break suspension or frame. Hopefully Google translate doesn't make a mess of this?

Its to soft. But its ok as long as you drive it slow. If you use it on high speed its not good. it need medium or hard one it be better use adjustable one.
