Legend of Grimrock - Level 4 (Part 2/2)

In the Trial of Thought, there is a small alcove near the central room with a hidden switch on the wall. When you press that switch, you have like 5 seconds to run to the central room and onto two platforms immediately to the left of the entrance (there are usually 4 holes in this corner like the rest, but the switch covers two of the holes), and press another switch on the wall which causes the teleporter in the middle to disappear. Fall in the hole there, and you'll know what to do.

Those little green things from the end killed me.. just spawned 8together and locked me in a corner.. Ragequitted at that point..

Extra inventory that you don't need. I never, ever run out of inventory space, and neither should you. You'll just slow your characters down if you pick up everything.

Had the same issue, not bugged just a big difference between trowing manually or making the character trow it.. Just put the rocks in a characters hand and trow that way, you'll get much further and hit the plate

Nope! I'm running this blind more or less, there's a lot that I'll be missing. My main focus are the iron doors and treasures, sadly.

im stuck at the "Time & tie" scroll path. I understood that i can throw items with right timing the teleporter appears, and i got the items to appear behind the grid on my left, or a little bit more far on another square near it. But never i got the trap closed once the items are teleported !!! I already got the three other scrolls, but their seems to be a bug. I read on your part 1 or level4 video that another guy is stuck exactly like me, with same problem.

Found the solution : you can only thorw knives.

Hey, did you find out how to get through the door next tot he stairs going down to level 5? I kinda skimmed through the video and didn't notice it. I can't seem to find the key for it anywhere.

Oh... wow nevermind... You have to equip the item and make your character throw it....... Well I wouldn't have done that in a million years. I assumed manually throwing it was exactly the same.

Ok, and now what should I do if I have all the 4 scrolls but I don't remember where did I get them?? The type in the game is not clear so I can hardly read what is written but I can guess some words... Can anybody help me, please? What is written in the scrolls??

"In my panic I save the game" because you saving the game in a room to difficult in a corner is totally the devs fault.

This game would have been great if the main thrust was on adventure instead of over-the-top puzzle solving where the main way people get through it is either from youtube or reading a walkthrough. If they had as many puzzles in the whole game as there are in this one video, that would have been more than enough. There's not much gear in this game, not enough changing sounds. It should have been more on character developement and adventure. I mean at level 4 this is almost game stopping.
