Yes. I agree. I went to design school over 20+ years ago. I was shy and insecure. I was short and plus sized and since I was on a shoestring budget I didn’t dress all that fashion forward. Shorts and tshirts were my clothing choice for school. My peers were mostly foreign exchange students that had the means to dress well and it intimidated me. However, I think if I would have seen an incredible designer like Sarah stepping out after a show in jeans and sneakers I wouldn’t have felt so awkward. I’m glad the world has such an amazing designer and inspiration and I hope to see her continue her legacy.
