@@stevep4236 Replaying his fights and watching him box his helped my game in boxing. He demolishes southpaws and makes it look easy. Very good boxer who thinks several steps ahead in terms of setups. The Fulton fight is a good example of setting up the other boxer

取りあえず批判してる連中は全ての試合を通して見る必要がある。KOシーンや被弾シーンしか見てないんでしょ？井上の凄いところはほとんどのラウンドを制してるところ。もしアウトボクシングしたら絶対に負けない。それでもリスク取って倒しに行ってファンを楽しませてくれるんだよ。その辺の年に１回しか試合しない奴や、相手が歳とって弱るまで強い相手と試合せずにベルト守るようなチャンピオンと一緒にするなよ。人種で認めたくない奴は問題外。

何が怖いってその結果、フルラウンド逃げるつもりだったであろう相手もきっちり倒しちゃう所ですよ。。。相手からしたら終始剥き身の刀が襲って来るレベルのプレッシャーと戦い続けてるような状況なんでしょうね。語彙力なくて申し訳ありませんが、ほんとにモンスターだなと感じます。

The truly demoralizing thing about Inoue is not is his remarkable power and speed (which are demoralizing in a different way), but in how he reads and sets up his opponents. He seems to know what you want to do even before you do, and shuts down your plans before they can trouble him. He does it here it to Moloney, he did it most famously to Fulton (nothing hurts out-boxers more than being out-planned), and he'll do it to any high-level fighter who prides himself on his technical ability. Ironically, I think Inoue would have the most trouble with a reckless, careless fighter who throws randomly or does extremely unorthodox maneuvers (someone in the vein of Augustus Emmanuel, who managed to confound Floyd Mayweather Jr. for this very reason).

He is always 2 or 3 steps ahead in laying these traps or to condition you into thinking a punch you thought would work in an earlier round no longer does. He's also super crafty in using throw away punches to obscure your vision for his next punch

The great thing about Naoya Inoue is that in order to check the trajectory of Doheny's punches and the movement of the punches in the 3rd and 4th rounds, he purposely lets Doheny hit the ball, and blocks with his hands without dodging to understand the power, etc. He goes down to the corner and makes Doheny come out hitting it! Then, when he saw the distance between Doheny and Doheny's punches, he threw combination blows all at once, causing damage and forcing the opponent into a corner, preventing the opponent from being able to do his own boxing, and by striking, he would be targeted. It makes you think that you can't do anything. Doheny was physically and mentally worn down, heartbroken, and had no choice but to withdraw to avoid being KO'd!😊

@@エリザベス桂-x5y It's just a lot of people in western countries don't like to accept an asian/Japanese boxer is getting more recognition and love than their favourite boxers. So they downplay his achievements to uplift their favourites. It's a partial racial bias but not all people, just some that want to stay ignorant. The person that made the comment didn't have any bad intentions but just stating he doesn't get enough mainstream recognition because of the weight class and being Japanese, and not because of his excellent skills. Otherwise he would be a lot bigger and well known.

Overwhelming balance, speed, precision, power, and pain. This is The Monster's game. An almost unfair level of ring IQ, where he guides, directs and conditions his opponents to move into his advantage. And the very simple fact that Inoue is ALWAYS in position to attack, front foot, back foot, advancing, fading, doesn't matter, is ridiculously entertaining to watch. Wow!

To this day I still don’t understand Butler’s performance. He had a chance to go out there and become Undisputed and instead he just ran around taking punch after punch without showing any desire to actually win. I don’t understand that mind set from a professional athlete. I get that he doesn’t want to be knock out but he didn’t even try to do anything.
