I once had the purest of friendships with someone - you know those rare, once maybe twice in a lifetime connections where you find someone who is made from the same fragments of the universe as you. The kind where even if your friendship turns into a relationship, the love/understanding of one another wouldn't change - it would just be the same light with a different name. She was the wisest, kindest and most curious of souls and I will never stop saying her name nor trying to carry on her aptitude for whimsical mischief. Nor quoting her wisdom that "you can do anything with gaffa tape". She was taken from us 3 years ago in a domestic violence incident and I feel so desperately sorry that this world couldn't keep her safe. I very literally wasn't there when she said goodnight. Today is the 20th anniversary of the day we first crossed paths. Thank you so much for bringing her to my mind with this song. "I love you then I love you still Be sure, I did I do, I will"

Dass dieses Video alle Chris Harms- Liebhaber auf seine Kosten kommen lässt, ist großartig. Großartig ist allerdings auch der Song. Er versteht es, die herrliche 80er-Disco-Zeit mit der Gegenwart zu verbinden. Besonders liebe ich die musikalischen Wendungen des Lieds. Hinzu kommt Harms charismatische, einzigartige Stimme, die hier durchaus auch mal etwas softer herüberkommt. Ich war gespannt und hatte etwas Sorge. Die stellt sich jedoch als unnötig heraus. Ich freue mich auf die CD.
