Love this technique. I used it to create some Christmas cards. My die cuts tended to want to separate from the card stock after painting and I usually took the card stock off. I think the card stock maybe helps with the die cutting. I do love the results of this technique and plan to use it lots more!

Hi,I used a similar technique but only with 8 napkins and the result was amazing. Try it without the card stock .

I don’t quite understand what keeps the napkin from separating over time. I know you put a dab of glue on some but as far as I could tell, it looked like you only added glue if the top element separated while you were working. Does the napkin part “suck” back down over time?
