Great question! The best way I would describe it is … Impulses meaning sudden waves of strong energy through the body or emotion. For example, when you feel a strong wave of emotion arise when you think of someone that you love/like and you want to just shout from the rooftops, how much you love them or how beautiful they are or how wonderful they make you feel, we can use that emotion and channel it toward taking action in a direction that would get us closer to our goal. Or when you are feeling particularly energetic and joyous when you feel love you can channel that toward potential clients or creating something for your business. Other impulses might be strong like physical desire, and you can channel that in a good workout and brainstorm ideas that can open doors for you.

I think whatever stirs good emotion that is rooted in joy & happiness. It’s not about the attainment or desire of another person, but more the way you feel inside. If it brings up insecurity, obsession or a feelings of lack/sadness, then it most likely won’t feel good. Trust yourself and just feel the beautiful emotions of love

Yes. It is a mystery because it’s the most powerful unseen force, and a mystery to many as sex and sexual energy is a taboo topic in most places around the world. Unfortunately, we miss out on a lot of the good that can come from it, especially when we redirect this energy to create.

Yes when you feel the urge. Change to a more productive frequency in your mind. Like turning a radio station. Picture the images, feelings and sensations and hold it mentally.

In most cases, thoughts always come before urges. So yes, be aware of what thoughts are causing you stimulation and urges. But when it comes to animals (which we are) we can experience responses in certain situations involuntarily. For example, when we smell fresh cookies, we might salivate. When you notice that happening, redirecting your thoughts as soon as you become aware.

I think becoming aware when strong emotions arise and redirecting it to a creative outlet. Simply asking yourself, where can I use this energy towards my goals? You can also do breathing exercises, or meditation/visualization.
