Hey, Nappy Fu! Thank you so much for your review! I appreciate it because when I used 4C only, the styler flaked on me as well. I was soooo pleased with the wash day experience (literally the best shampoo ever), and was disappointed at the flakage, but now I know it was user error. I will go back and try the styler with much less. I’m an admitted heavy-handed natural. Lol but again, I feel you on the shampoo. I actually let mine sit for a bit, (on accident) and when I rinsed it out, my hair was VERY soft. The softest it’s ever been after a shampoo. Highly recommend!!
