I've found Naproxen to be the best for lower back pain/sciatica. I take it as rarely as possible though, maybe twice a week if the pain is enough.

I take Aleve since 2018 due to extreme painful periods, it helps but now I feel like I’m an addict, ( I can’t survive without those pills) and I feel like I have liver or pancreatitis problem. Only take naproxen once or twice(maximum) a day! This one isn't really good for someone who isn't used to taking pills because of its high dosage

Heel pain sometimes starts from lower back nerves...do lower back gentle stretches exercises to test if heel pain goes away. Nobody should be in pain. God Bless

Seek professional assistance. You are young don't get hooked on meds that mast your pains. Get to the root source of pain..get to know know your body well before back pain gets too hard to manage. My opinion..don't have to try if you in too much pain is to try gentle Yoga and gently stretching for 3 weeks.. hamstrings very gentle never be aggressive..if you feel good that mean you going in the right direction. I took about 2,200mg on Friday due to a mix up with a parent giving me it 🤦🏻‍♂️ wasn’t the medication I was supposed to take. Stomach upset the next day as well as constipation I didn’t know what I had taken until after because I trusted my parent gave me the correct medication well it’s been over 52 hours now and I’m getting better thank god.
