One of my favourite memories when I was travelling in southern India several years ago was going into a well stocked music store and filling a cardboard box with Tapes, CDs of Carnatic music....and send it home to the UK. Carnatic CDs, DVDs of Bharatanatyam dancing. I still have all the music of course...it is a source of inspiration. OS Arun, Aruna Sairam, Medha Hari, Hariprasad Chaurasia...etc etc etc...I love Carnatic music so much...
