Humble prostrations at your holy lotus feet Poojya Swamiji 🙏 Swamiji , reverential gratitude for your painstaking effort to make us understand that source of Sukha as well as dissolution of it, both are inside my body. Through your profound words and thoughts, and constant grace.constrictions of my mind have begun to fall. Ekatattvaghanabhyasat- has to be done to practise Brahma Vritti and Atma Vritti for intense practice of oneness. Sarvabhuta hite ratah- wonderful revelation of how to improve myself and not expect, and desire . Thoughts centred on welfare of all beings only bring expansion and unconditional happiness. Humble Pranaams Jai Guru 🙏

Jai Guru. The whole wakeful world is an expression and extension of MySelf! As such need for expectation does not arise. What a revelation put in such a simple way. I will keep this embedded in my intelligence. Blessed indeed to have heard this. Pranams Swamiji.

🙏🙏Poojya Swamiji had eloquently discussed Verses 5. 24 and 5.25 BGita wherein Swamiji had very patiently dissected the body which is animated by the Mind and intellect with numerous examples. Even a first time listener without any prior religious inhibitions would be able to not only to comprehend but realize what a fool he was to have missed this knowledge. The talk is very simple, realistic, nor far fetched and down to earth. JAI GURU. 🙏🙏

Our minds constantly perceive names, forms, shapes, and colors through the senses, all of which are inert. Even when we think, our thoughts primarily revolve around these inert objects. I think this tendency, leads us to remain steeped in the material plane, often missing the superior spiritual presence that underlies them. However, the very act of perceiving, experiencing, and thinking implies that we are not inert but conscious. There exists a continuous, unbroken conscious presence that serves as the foundation for these functions. This spiritual presence is what we refer to as the "I." In every satsang, isn't Swamiji continually directing us to this inner presence, encouraging us to shift our attention toward it? While our minds currently focus on only on inert objects, we should as a practice start turning our attention also to the thinking substance, the thinking process, and the origin and source of all thoughts! Pranaams Swamiji, our humble gratitude 🙏
