Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

For 2 weeks straight, I wanted to dump him and told him to do him cause’ I’m not about to lose myself since he was all moody and started playing games. He begged me to not leave him. We hung out a day after the relentless begging. I caught him texting a woman, so I smiled, and he was unaware I caught him. After a few mins of being quiet, I turned to him and smiled and asked, since you miss her, can I drop you off at her place? He had this huge shocked confused look on his face 😂 I drove off with him in the car without uttering one single word or sound 😂😭 he went from sweet explaining to its my fault and I was looking for a reason to have something against him to dump his for good. I STILL did not utter a word, I just smiled the whole ride to his house and dropped him off at his house. Two days later, he texted me and asked if I was still angry 😂 I said nah and goodnight. After that, he texted me out the blue on Tuesday, sending me a meme, stating “you can ignore me but I made you cum” 🥴 and I did not respond. The reason he sent me that is cause’ he was the first guy I slept with after 7 years of celibacy. He thought he was going to trigger me but instead he just caught me in the mall buying myself a dildo 😂 that man is MAD AF at me for not responding and he already has a few suppliers on his roster

My narc just did the same, back tracked to the ex. I caught him being unfaithful in his phone, and had her at my apartment and the ex did the exact same thing telling they were having sex as well. He is now living with her… I can’t go completely no contact, we are co workers. He now is saying things like we are soul tied, trying to kiss me and touch me at work and getting upset because someone else sent me flowers. I have no idea what his plan is for me but i feel like he wants me for a side chick or back burner supply.

Are you entertaining his behaviors even after knowing he went back to his ex?? Then you say you "don't know what his plans for you are?".. like seriously, no disrespect but you sound slow saying that...Don't entertain that P.O.S..He's doing what he's doing with you because you haven't been firm and ASSERTIVE that you don't even wanna be a friend, or anything, so he needs to keep his DISTANCE.

I’ve changed my number, haven’t spoken, and don’t even make eye contact. I’m a Sous chef and work in a kitchen, so everything is open area

Women can create their own problems. He is who he is, my question is where is her standards to even experience this? Why was she still entertaining that type of energy. He isn't the problem, she is. There is a absence of self love. She needs to stop dating and do the inner work.

The story of the narcissist and the empath.. Codependents do not have a healthy concept of self (much like the narcissist). And, they are not satisfied unless they are able to gratify the needs of another, which is why they need someone who they believe relies on them, even if falsely. A narcissist will naturally offer this false support in order to trap a codependent. What may be tough to hear here for the codependent is…this person is essentially the cause of her own unhappiness. If she is unable to see a pattern has formed that needs to be broken, she will lead herself into this awful situation time and time again without fail. It’s not easy to get a codependent to see he or she is bringing about bad karma. This person has a very low self-esteem and needs to be handled with care.
