i have a cd-r i found in a studio in wigan around 2005 labelled 'insanity', turned out to be early narcosis demo. Bunch of the tracks are on this record. The demo is slightly less tight (which worked great imo) but not as fast, production quality was about the same. I can't remember if this was recorded in the same place with John 'the Grindfather' Kettle or not

It's a "blood bathed" place in Wigan where you need Wellies to wade through the pools of claret (by extension of drugs). Except....being blessed with the retarded dialect of Wiganese they can't spell wellies and mistook blood for the gravy rivers spilling out of the pies. Check out Charred Atlas - Chris's other band, nice and visceral.
