Hes so right about getting attention of the fan at show. I was like that with E 40 I didnt really listen to him growing up so I was kind of like waiting for next performer. E 40 could sense that he kept coming and standing by me to get me up then when I recognized some of songs he was doing I started to get into it and he smiled and nodded at me. @@mqure1983 OK I'm being a bit harsh here... I think some of them actually are gifts. But if you watch the interviews, when some of the musicians actually want certain of the rarities he shows them, Nardwuar says things like "Um I don't knowwwww..." To be fair the really rare shit he has must be wildly expensive. It's possible that those are objects where instead of saying it's a gift he simply says "what do you make of..." I haven't checked whether he really makes it clear or not... but yes I'm certain that not everything he shows them is for them to keep.
