1.. Hon'ble Prime minister greetings. 2.. Emergency was most brutal attack on the very foundation of Indian democracy...your government has declared 25 th June as samvidhan hatya divas... Hon'ble President in her speech in joint session of parliament said that " Emergency imposed on India was unconstitutional." 3.. you have always reminded the nation about draconian Emergency. 4.. Hon'ble Prime minister Jharkhand was on the forefront of opposing Emergency in fact leading part of India to fight against Emergency for survival of democracy in india... 5.. it is known to you that few states in India have given honour and facilities and monthly pension to democratic fighters against Emergency but in many states detainees getting nothing. 6.. when Congress govt in Madhya Pradesh stopped pension to emergency detainees then you had expressed your concern ..now BJP in Madhya Pradesh gives 30000 rupees per month to Emergency detainees. 7.. But Jharkhand state Democratic fighters against Emergency are neglected and they are facing hardships in life in old age . 8.. fight against Emergency was largest civil liberty movement of the world history it was more important than freedom struggle of India for revival and survival of democracy in india. 9.. This is a real Historical tragedy that even after 49 years democratic fighters against Emergency are facing hardships, injustice and Discrimination at National level... 10.. you alone have Power to announce some schemes like freedom fighters at National level for Democratic fighters against Emergency 75-77. You alone can end this injustice and inequality. 11. Hope soon you help Emergency detainees at National level.. 12.. God bless Indian democracy.
