DEMANDING JUSTICE FOR ANGANWADI WORKERS Modi ji namashakar 🙏 good morning. Many people in India do not understand why doesn't Anganwadi workers and helpers have gratuity even after working for 48years? As per gratuity law when any employee works for minimum 5years in single organization they have right to get their gratuity , but after working for 48years Anganwadis are not getting gratuity and pension and health card, we Indians are thinking big with soo much calculations to land on Moon, but why don't we have a tiny calculation for Anganwadis gratuity? Seriously it is very awkward any very funny☺ and unhappy. If at all ICDS is a functional body of both state and central government then what is central government share if Anganwadis get gratuity and pension?. We are voting for BJP everytime for change in rules and peoples lives but where is that change? Have a look on Anganwadis retirement benefits as well 🙏.
