One of the main drawbacks, we as students face these days is that we are taught only the topics with a program which we don't even understand why and how it is used. Initially i thought that both call by value and call by reference are a part of pointers but just now i could realize the drawback of call by value method and how we use call by reference as an alternative to overcome this drawback. Thanks for letting me know the real advantage of call by reference over call by value method. your videos are so easy and useful
