Getting sits clean is a real pain in the ass. It's good to see you train again, man! I can really feel your struggle regarding injuries. Trained for the first time in a long time a few days ago hoping that I was able to do some decent stuff, but my body turned out to be way more damaged than I thought. We'll just have hang in there!

Aksel XL Rui it is! It's a bad habit that's caught up with me, especially as I've gotten older and my body shape with the long legs and short torso I think this makes for a slightly more uncomfortable position and posture for sits if I'm honest. We will not only hang in there but we will come back stronger mate! 💪

Sits are looking good man! What helped me with unclean crossover was doing crossover straight to the shin, kind of forcing your foot to go fully around the ball. Then trying to copy the some movement but landing it on foot normally. If you haven't already, give it a try! Good to see you back freestyling!

Roni Lappalainen the fact that YOU think this of my sits has literally made my day Roni! 😊 that's a really good idea I had not considered, I can see why that would be helpful, I will certainly give this a try thank you!

great to see you're ankle is getting better 👍🏼 what i hate about training after an injuries is that your body feels a lot clumsier than normal. By the way your sits are improve a lot man

still much work to be done on them but thanks man. I can't imagine what a task it's gonna be to get my lowers back, clumsy is definitely the word yeah
