The MT chip is actually a SDRAM, its required as the Clip 1 runs Linux on the SAM9G25! The ACLYS is a software-defined-radio GPS, with a very clever design that just needs to capture 16-64 ms of radio data for a cold lock, it doesn't require minutes. I would recommend a teardown of the Clip 2 :)

I was at Disneyland recently and they have hats with light up ears and they sync to music during the "world of colors" show. Really curious what kind of tech they're using for that.

So the camera is on a ribbon so it can be put on a swivel, the battery can be replaced by a larger one but the 8gb memory is soldered on....so forget about long term surveillance due to the soldered memory.

How easy is it to pop the camera lens out? Mine's scratched so was looking to replace with something similar like an iPhone camera lens glass (they seem pretty cheap on eBay)

It's a 8gb eMMC, it's not slow but it does need a buffer.

It's clearly marked 8GB lol and the ram is clearly marked as (MT) which as any tech should know is Micron Technology (One of the larger Memory/Ram Makers). No need to even guess.
