We will walk along Narrows Avenue in Bay Ridge Brooklyn - starting at 92nd Street and ending across from Owls Head Park on 68th Street. Along the way we will look at this residential stretch of road with it's many beautiful homes - including the Ginger Bread House. We will cut through the school grounds of Fort Hamilton High School, and visit the smallest cemetery in Brooklyn (Not kidding about that) Come along for this relaxing walk on a holiday in the U.S. and as always, Thanks for taking the walk with me.

Great relaxing walk in one of my favorite places. Bklyn. has great history. It boggles my mind to think of a war for independence happening in these places. Something came to me. On the show Bluebloods, they occasionally show the outside of the home the family lives in and a sign (you have to really notice it fast to catch it) that I think says Narrow's Ave. Do you know whether they used one of those homes there to do that?

Thanks. I am not aware of what homes are used for the show. I know in the past they have used St. Patrick's on 4th Avenue and the 69th St Pier for scene locations, but can't recall what homes they used.

Nice refreshing historic walk. From the houses built in 1925 (I looked it up, put in address and when built) to a small plot of land dating back to 1725. Puts things in perspective as I'm usually just remembering my time in the neighborhood and the old stores. There was a whole world here before us. (you may want to correct the title, 92nd and Narrows Ave. don't intersect, should read Shore Road as the starting point, sorry to be a stickler for minutia)

Yea True, but I am just trying to give people a sense of distance street wise. And it is more like 91st, but even that doesn't quite intersect. 🤣 I narrowed it down to 89th.
