Maybe start a local fb group to find people near you. There is a naruto ccg forum fb page that is a big community lf new people to play. There is also a naruto ccg buy sell trade page. You can target another Ino w mind transfer but since Ino isen't non unique, the other ino would remain in her village, making you waste a precious mind transfer.

Yes you can have more than one permanent play at a time. Fb works good for contact. Name is Daniel Funk.
