I keep forgetting that Itachi and Kakashi worked together in the Anbu, where Kakashi was the senior. They know more about each other than the rest. Also, Itachi's reaction on hearing Kakashi talk about Sasuke was great. Especially if you consider that he and Kisame had come to the village as a warning to Danzo and to protect Sasuke after Hiruzen's death.

I believe that Itachi is the producer team's most favourite character. Dude got the best plot include a big twist, a handsome face with unique feature, awesome jutsu, and on top of that, every small action of him scream badass from the way he open the cloak, touch his hair, etc. The dedicate and effort they put into this guy is awesome and I love that.

I don't know why everybody gives Kurenai such hard time. Yes Itachi is god of genjutsu and obiviosly he could counter every attempt of genjutsu being used against him but Kureni just did all that she could. Yes she used genjutsu but why wouldn't she? It's her specialty. Just like shadow clones are Naruto's. Even even shadow clones don't always work on the enemy. And she never met Itachi nore she ever knew or heard anything about him since I presume that Elders tried to keep him a secret after he slaughtered clan and only older jounins like Asuma, Kakashi obiviosly since they were in anbu together and Guy. And may I add that she did not run. Yes, she saw that enemy is far more powerful than her yet she stood her ground and tried everything she could which is again far more than any of these pety so called fans would do. They would probably scream like little girls and would be first one to run

It's almost like you would say that no one else, exept for Tobirama who created it and Naruto who mastered it can't use shadow clones. Just because Itachi is efficient in genjutsu, doesn't mean others can't use it too. And everyone are shaming her,but if they were in her situation, I bet you would all run away. Yet again she didn't.
