Naruto Online isn't the type of game that you can power level through. There is only a limited amount of exp earnable each day. If you run out of exp you just have to wait until the next day. As for what you can do to earn exp you can refer to this video and my part 2 to this video.

Things have been updated since 2.0, the anbu was replaced with the daily practice missions. They are like a fusion of daily missions and bounty missions. If you want I can make an update video that will go over the new ways.

Mamadude Sow titles are given to players who usually rank 1st in something. There are title for the top 15 though for ninetails and sage war

Hi, how you can have strongest ninja ? You hack or purchase ?

I don't have too many "strongest ninja". I only have Sage Jiraiya, Ningendo Pain, and Asuma Wind Blade. The way I got them was just with seal scrolls I earned in game. You can get seal scrolls from: monthly sign in weekly client sign in Sage Battle Great Ninja War Survival Trial Weekly Events As well as a few more places to get. You should never spend your coupons on seal scrolls, only use your coupons on weekly events. Also I'm not sure if there is a hack for the game, if there is I would recommend not using it. TLDR: I didn't do either, I earned them.
