Sadly i dare to say that her compositions are taking a step back. This and the pokemon one are the ones i don´t like from her specially. It may be my taste, but i really hate how her voice becomes just a mix up part of the song, like a remix, it goes so far that you can´t hear her sometimes. Also the change of tempo for some of the songs is not "cool", for me is actually annoying to a point that i´ll rather hear the original track. In short, i feel that she is trying to make the songs flashier than needed.

Well, she could always base her covers off of what's available. She doesn't rip instrumentals from official soundtracks anymore, she commissions others to make the instrumentals for her. The only drawback to doing it now instead of waiting until the soundtrack is released is that she would end up doing a TV size cover of whichever song she chooses if that were the case.
