+Christopher Benoit Wait until you get to orange level health, then press the normal 3 times, but instead press until it is orange THEN press Y.

+Christopher Benoit UPDATE: sorry wrong info hadn't played in a while you do NOT need to be at orange health and team bar needs to be that "fiery orange" THAN press it 3 times and then b or a different button if you have ps3, it will be orange instead of blue, ok had it wrong your welcome :)
