Shisui has an s3 cancel in his down combo 12 hits in. Press x after his fire-uppercut and do his ultimate

In case anyone still watches this: there is a 100% safe dash combo-cancel (what you call S3-cancel) with Shisui's down combo, however your timing must be perfect. When you land it, however, it feels super rewarding, since the opponent cannot rebound out of it, cannot block it either... only sub out of it or call Pain/Nagato/Hinata/other support to save his ass. When you press circle 5 times on the down combo, he will land 11 hits. In the final "combo hit," Shisui will knock his opponent in the air with his sword on fire, follow up, and kick him/her down into the ground. When the opponent hits the ground, he/she will "bounce" off the ground like a basketball (you know, typical anime style...). On the way down (not from the kick, but the "bounce") you have to dash cancel towards your opponent (NOT A CHAKRA DASH, AT NO POINT IN THIS COMBO): hold the stick into your opponent's direction and press X twice and then mash Triangle-Triangle-Circle quickly. I don't know why, but the mechanics of Shisui's ultimate jutsu animation just cancels the dash, you basically press triangle-triangle-circle during the dash. You will land the ultimate on the way down, when the opponent bounces off the ground from Shisui's kick. Only difficult thing is to get the timing with the actual dash correctly: if you dash either sideways or away from your opponent and then go for the ultimate, Shisui will reach his opponent when he/she already hit the ground and thus won't trigger the ultimate. You have to dash/sidestep not too much off-angle or directly towards the opponent. So in total, what you want to do is: left stick down + 5x circle (11 hits in) > stick into direction of opponent + x-button twice > triangle-triangle-circle for the ultimate jutsu on the opponent's way down It sounds difficult but with a little bit of practice, I'd say that this is the best UJ cancel with Shisui. BTW you can also cancel into either the Uchiha Style: Halo Dance or the Fireball Jutsu off this.

90 percent of the things you do can be easily avoided. that up combo cancel for example can be avoided by simply rebounding. if you trying to get better, this is not the way to go. no offense to you Cartel, but if you are going to make tip videos, you should make sure the things you do are unavoidable. The reason i say this is because people are looking at this video thinking that these are good tips. so, they go online and use them to try to win. there are people that when getting hit, they hold down gaurd and they tilt the anolog stick to avoid getting caught in cancels that may not work. and if thats the case, and someone is trying to use your tips, all they know is doing cancels that dont work. then they end up losing. what if someone wants to challenge themself and face a high rank player? Using your tips, they WILL lose. They wont progress and get better using cancels that dont work. I know cause im a high rank player myself. Another example is the chakra dash gaurd break you taught in another vid. you can counter a gaurd break, and after a chakra dash, there is such a clear opening to do so. Again, no offense to you, but these tips simply cannot do.

+Ultimate Ninja Bros. this guide was made when i wanst the great at the game so i am aware not all cancels work, but first of that is what the comment section is for for ppl to check and correct my mistakes and to learn more about the characters, no offense bt ur honestly part of the 1% who actually believe my guides wont help players get better, cuz they DO help players get better, these guides offer quick and easy tactics that ppl can pick up so that they can improve and then as they get better at the game they pick up on whats wrong, again u just saw a wrong guide, look at my newer ones, they are almost all nearly perfect, and for the record i have helped thousands of players get better with all my guides and tips videos cuz no "storm veteran" actually wants to teach all this stuff, either way thanks for the feedback man ur not the first one to share this point and u wont be the last and trust me, i didnt make these guides to show fake cancels i made em so ppl can improve, and they have as u can see by the comment section of all my guids and tutorials :)
