To be fair, this is an impossible list to make; I kinda feel for the poor guy who was paid to write this. I don't think 20 characters even exist in Naruto that can beat Rinnegan Sasuke, so eventually you're going to have to make some pretty BIG, dumb reaches If you were forced to make this list, what 20 characters would you include? For me, I'd include Naruto, JuubiMadara, Jubbito, Kaguya, Hagaromo, Indra, Ashura, DMS Kakakashi, 8th Gate Guy, and Toneri. That's only 10 characters I think are reasonable. And now I have to come up with 10 more. Uh ... Edo Itachi cuz Totska Blade and Yata Mirror? Edo Hashirama cuz infinite chakra and Buddha statue?, Edo Minato bc Kurama Avator and Flying Raijin?, Sakura bc she damaged Kaguya?, Onoki bc particle release?, Tsunade bc she cracked Madara's Susanoo?, (do you see the dumb arguments I have to come up with for this? XD) 3rd Raikage bc of durability?, Black Zetsu bc he killed Madara?, (really running out of ideas here) Kabuto bc he fought Itachi and Sasuke?, and Hiruzen bc something somewhere once said he was stronger than Hashirama? And there you, go here's what my top 20 Naruto characters would could beat Sasuke list if someone from ScreenRant held me at gunpoint. This was painful and stupid lol
