Ikr unless you're fluent in Japanese I don't get the hype about sub it's so popular Netflix and Funimation have their anime default on sub you have to change it manually to dub

Why is dubbing even a thing? Just watch the content with subtitles in the original language, and have these guys do something more productive. Or if you must dub, just use AI voices.

Makes me sad to see all that paper being printed and wasted. I know this is an old clip, but this is still often done today, just go digital, and don’t use any paper at all. Like in the church, where I play the organ for a living, you can’t get most of the sheet music digitally, it’s something I’m working very hard to change, since it’s better in some many ways not to have physical copies.

I prefer to watch the original voice acting, but the English voice acting is also excellent. The voice actors did a great job. Those who say that the English voice acting is bad simply do not understand and they are probably just foreigners who do not fluent English

I love you David. You all ARE my life. I didn't Grow up with Naruto, I live breathed, slept and ate Naruto. I was certain (maybe still am 2 decades later) determined to marry David. I'm so in love with all his Voice acting work from anime to commercials. Wait heis really trying to say that the dubded verion keeps the lip movement correct? Dub versions never do that. Maybe for a small while during the dub for sure the the lip movement always seemed correct to me. Im not saying dub is better "which in my opinion is better". Im just saying dub does not moth syc

He's saying traditionally western VAs (for original English animation) will preference trying to get as close to lip syncing over emotion. (I.e Shrek, Cinderella, teen titans) Where as in Japanese animation for VAs that's not as big of a focus.
