The yellow flash is not that strong but actually is very very useful ability, in the last war when Naruto was reunited with his reincarnated father Minato they fought toghether and by sharing their chakras toghether to everyone and as well mixed with kuramas chakras, Minato managed to teleport everyone from inside the barrier, and also he did teleport a bijoudama the tentails bomb very far away from them, the explanation of Minato skill was that places or things he touched left some kind of chakra print and he could teleport himself or anything in all those places where he was or touched.

I think this was a pretty nice fan made adaptation, could be linked into cannon if it was tweaked a little. We do need some better filler over them eating at thunder burger playing video games!!😂😂 throwbacks and back stories always thicken the story line. I think they only didn’t do this in the real manga cause there was no need to write this in Naruto, cause Kurama wasn’t going anywhere. Now into the next gen Boruto, Naruto’s power is slacking heavy so it could work. Where I disliked that part is that with the true shinobi, which Boruto claimed to be sould have died in battle as a true shinobi. Hence Kurama would still be with Naruto, they could have wrote it that way and made it into a vengeance battle to save Naruto post Boruto dying after being trapped for a while.
