I think Lee will show his 8 gates, but not right now, probably by the middle of the series or by the end of the series. And he will surely kick ass of someone on the level of Isshiki or even greater threat.

This is what’s wrong with Boruto. This invasion should’ve been written like Pain arc. A lot more then one episode. There’s no build up here. Plus just throwing away Naruto and Sasukes power like they are nothing. These two in there teenage years went toe to toe with Kaguya. I get that Ishiki is stronger but these guys can’t even launch a punch on him.

Like there is absolutely no chakra cost or drawback unlike Kaguya who is still fairly limited by how fast she could unleash attacks

"Naruto and Sasuke were nerfed" We literally see him transform into Six paths sage mode before KCM at 3:41 meaning both of them kept that power, only thing he lost were the orbs because of the last fight against Sasuke. Momoshiki was stronger than Kaguya and he was bodied by Naruto and Sasuke because they're already adults with years of experience using the given power. Momoshiki literally has a rinnegan on his hands (meaning ninjutsus are getting absorbed anyway) and better at taijutsu than Kaguya will ever be. They lost to Isshiki? He's simply stronger that's it.

Ngl I always thought it would be op if utilized properly in combat Like if you stored a Boulder and released it above ops wouldn't that end most conflicts with people especially if you adjusted the speed it left the item box you could easily make a improvise rail gun/cannon or release a river thur a pinhole size opening and high pressure beam is yours or storing poison or lava 😉 🤔 there's to much to list but you get the idea.

The fight choreography is disappointing/lazy. I know Isshiki is strong asf, but they could've shown Lee, TenTen, Choji, and Kiba executing some new techniques or do something better then all them charging straight into him without using any of their jutsus 🤦🏾‍♂️. They didn't even use a substitution jutsu. I get that this is about Boruto's generation, but the OG series showed way more love to older characters (Chuunin/Jounins) than Boruto does
