I think the last one is wrong, I think there are 3 reasons Naruto is now stronger in adult mode than Sasuke... if in normal combat mode... yes, Naruto lost Kurama and Sasuke lost the Rinnegan... So if you say so, when naruto shippuden just mastered sage mode and sasuke already has EMS in the shippuden era.. yes maybe sasuke is stronger.. but don't forget the point now is point 3 1. Sasuke's left hand has disappeared, so you could say it will affect Sasuke's fighting style... which is getting weaker. While in Naruto's position, his right hand is perfect because Hashirama's cells have been replaced, so I think Naruto is superior. 2. Sasuke only has one sharingan eye now, because he lost his Rinnegan and his position is different from the Shippuden era, where his eyes are still complete with both EMS. and now only 1 is left.. and that will affect his strength and include the loss of susanoo because opening susanoo requires both EMS eyes.. so i think naruto is still superior... than sasuke 3. The last is the problem of the number of chakras, and don't forget that Naruto's chakra is bigger than Sasuke's.. because Naruto is purely from the descendants of Uzumaki.. While Sasuke only excels through intelligence than Naruto.. Itachi never used Susanno with only one eye and the Susanno of Shisui... i don't even know if this is canon. Otherwise: Sasuke used other abilities of the Rinnegan in Shippuden and Boruto (Absorption in Shippuden, Rinnegan Genjutsu in Shippuden, Chibaku Tensei in Boruto... And you can see that after he got the Rinnegan, he could finally keep up with Madara in Shippuden. So it seems that his basic abilities got boosted with the Awakening of the Rinnegan.
