There is no specific genre for that feel. Infact, most of the anime mentioned here Have Thier own Genres. Some shonen, some seinen, some Romcom, historic, romantic and so on. These moments that are shown in the video are moments which are shown here and there In the anime added with the music makes this calm. The closest genre probably to this is slice of life or maybe romantic. WHILE I cannot give you the specific genre for it, I can give you recommendations of Animes which have similar feel. Kiminonawa or any other Movie by the same writer who made the anime. Attack on titan, Vinland saga especially season 2 has that feel. Studio Ghibli movies. these are what I can name. There are probably many other though.

Expect like seinen animes or any other animes similar to that, most anime is aimed at children or young People. Most people who watch anime are teens. Infact even seinen animes are mostly watched by at the max young adults. Most people who are like 40 years old dont watch anime on a regular basis.
