Nas doesn't have a flow IMO. He's got lyrics though. Big and Jay Z have flow. Pac had the ability to capture an emotion on record and make you feel it. Just compare the feelings you get when you listen to I Gave you Power by Nas vs Me and My girlfriend by 2Pac. Both songs about a gun but both give off a different energy.
@jcrofficial43093 жыл бұрын
Nas structure is randomly thought out. In this skill, even Big L surpasses it it's just that he wasn't given time to mature it. I prefer a dude to be a master of a skill in the craft than a jack of all trades like Nas is. That's why Pac and Biggie are more memorable and even Jay Z are in more top 5s than Nas will ever be.

But I do the best I can with what I’ve got. Nas is still one of my biggest inspirations for wanting to start making music though. Not disrespecting him at all. Disrespecting him would be me saying “Nas inspired me to make better music than he ever did” or “Nas music is trash compared to mine”. But I never said those things.
