Hanya Presiden yang berhak untuk mengakses DATA tersebut dengan untuk kepentingan Pengembangan Penelitian untuk Indonesia. As long as were not dedicated to change the scale of our financial activities and geometrical dimensions of engineering work, as that long we will not be able to gain truly magnicifent achievements, not only for our future world order but also for the future of our children and will be forced to stay on our theoretical knowledge and experience, wich we gained in the last few hundred years, thanks to the pioneers on these scientific fields, it is time to turn the table and bring new practical pioneers in the organizations scale of activity like Nasa, who actually is underestimated in his activities, to conquer new achievements, like Alexander the great did at his time with the possibilities he had ! Mungkin Kepolisian Republik Indonesia juga membutuhkan untuk mencari dan menemukan pelaku tindak kriminal di Indonesia ataupun Departemen Intelijen Indonesia, tidak apa-apa NASA, hanya saja tetap harus mendapatkan izin dari Presiden Republik Indonesia.
