@22:30 receiving a polarization through the use of a filter is mentioned. Did you mean there is software processing post-antenna to make sure only the energy from a given polarization is received? I'd like to know more if so.

Thanks for information, I think there is mistake on dialectic constant part. "The amount of moisture in the soil and vegetation will increase the strength of backscattered signal." It is the other way.

there is a mistake about the incident angle. the figure give is right which is the angle between the incident light and the verticle direction, but what the video says seems to be wrong, which is the angle between the incident angle and earth surface
