Just to clarify, it’s fine if someone outside NASCAR wants to participate in the Daytona 500, but if a NASCAR driver wants to participate in the Indy 500, they must forfeit their season? 😂 Get bent! Trying to build a country club out of a trailer park is not endearing to non-NASCAR folks, and preventing your drivers from crossover experiences will NOT bring in new fans either.

Hey Charlie, any comment on The Bob Pockrass report that came out earlier this week stating that Nascar has now limited teams to 3 charters except for a couple of teams, basically rewriting the charter agreement contracts AFTER they have been signed? And also reported that the France family are making plans to form their own Cup team??

Strange that NASCAR would change rules after Matt Kenseth has retired. They usually only change things based on what Kenseth has done or has not done. We are in uncharted waters now.

It's not about Larson not doing the double. It's about Larson the Nascar driver not being in the car at Charlotte. When that happened all I thought was I'd be pretty mad if I was at that race as a Larson fan. Definitely felt bad for his fans. Big names entering in other series is awesome for the racing community but it can't impede with the drivers OG racing.

Ok so DVP is gone, why 8 minutes at Atlanta? Folks, Teams will do what theyve been doing for decades, except in the new NextGen/Sports Car Series era. There was a time teams would changes engines in the race. The Wood Bros could change one in about 15 minutes. So this rule isnt new, its getting ris of an incredibly stupid rule from the NextGen Sports Car Ringling Bros and NASCAR Circus

Another reason for NASCAR to lose some more fans. It all started when they wanted to go nation wide and leave their base fans and has down with each change they have made since then. Everyone does not agree with me but I think all the added night time racing did not help either for the local fan base. Someone needs to start another sanction body to replace NASCAR.
